It was okay overall, and I’ll give it some credit for being straightforward and easy enough to use. Nothing was terrible, but for the price, I was expecting a bit more than what felt like basic stuff.

Maybe it’s a better fit for someone else, but for me it just didn’t feel like good value. I don’t regret trying it exactly, but I probably wouldn’t buy it again

The site felt kind of messy and a little outdated to me. I also found myself wishing there were clearer instructions in a few places, since it wasn’t always obvious where to go or what to do next.

Had a frustrating time checking out. Card got declined once for no obvious reason, then shipping changed after going back a page. Finally went through, but felt clunky and more annoying than it needed to be.

I bought this as a gift, thinking it would be a nice little surprise. Ironically, the surprise was that it felt cheap and showed up late. So I ended up having to run out and buy something else anyway. Not exactly the stress-free gifting experience I was hoping for.

I ordered a hoodie thinking it would be here in about 3-5 days like the checkout said, which worked out perfectly in my head because I was planning to wear it over the weekend. Not a huge life event or anything, just one of those things where you order something and start mentally planning when you’ll use it. It ended up showing up almost two weeks later.

The tracking was frustrating because it barely moved for days. I kept checking it during lunch and again at night, like that was somehow going to make it update faster. I finally emailed them to ask what was going on, and they did reply, but it was a generic response and didn’t really tell me much.

The hoodie itself is fine, so I don’t really have complaints about the actual product. But the delivery experience wasn’t reliable for me, and that’s the part that would make me hesitate to order again if I needed something by a specific date.

Umm, yeah, the photos were actually accurate. What I got looked really close to what was shown, so no surprises there.

I ordered three things , and only one of them was actually what I picked . The other two came in the wrong sizes or colors , which was frustrating . Support did get back to me , but it was still annoying having to sort it out . It wasn’t the worst experience ever , but I definitely expected the order to be more accurate .

I kept seeing the item listed as available, so I figured I could go ahead and order it. Then later it suddenly showed as out of stock. I get that inventory can change, but it really should be updated accurately before people waste time trying to buy something that isn’t actually there.

The return process wasnt a hassle at all, which I appreciated. The only downside was the refund took longer than I expected to show up

I ordered my usual size from plusminusco.com, but the fit was kind of hit or miss. The top was mostly fine, maybe about a half size too snug, while the bottoms felt closer to a size bigger than I expected. It’s not awful or anything, and I can still wear it, but it wasn’t as accurate as I was hoping. Next time I’d probably spend an extra few minutes checking the measurements before ordering.

I also checked my card afterward and there were no weird extra charges, which was a big plus for me. I’m giving it 4 stars just because I’d like to see a few more payment options, but overall it was a solid experience and felt safe.

The only reason I’d go with 4 stars is that one response took just a bit longer than I expected. But overall, the info made sense and I didn’t have to keep going back and asking the same questions

I liked it overall but the personalization options felt limited to me and I kept wanting to tweak a few more things or make it feel more like my own but there just wasn’t much to choose from.

I wore it for one full day something felt off the whole time. It was stiff, awkward, and just never settled in like it was supposed to. I don’t know who decided this was comfortable, but I’m not convinced they actually wore it themselves. Definitely wouldn’t buy again.

I just wanted to exchange for a different size, but the whole process has been such a headache. Emails took forever to get a response, and every time someone replied, they asked me for the same information I had already sent. I’m tired of explaining the same thing over and over. I still don’t have a clear answer, and at this point I won’t be ordering from them again...

I expected the site to be way easier to use on my phone, so it felt misleading once I actually tried it. Everything loaded slowly, the menus were all over the place, and finding basic info took way longer than it should have. Then checkout kept jumping around on the screen, and at that point I just gave up.

I’d probably give Plus Minus Co 4 stars. The prices felt fair compared to a few other sites I looked at, not the absolute cheapest, but definitely not crazy overpriced either. I will say the shipping added a little more than I expected, so it kind of felt like that’s where they quietly make up the difference. Still, overall I think I paid a reasonable amount for what I got

It just didn’t live up to what I was expecting. Using it felt more frustrating than helpful, and I don’t think I’d bother with it again
